Additional Install Notes:
Window Security Alarms
If your windows have wired security alarm sensors you will need to contact your security alarm provider to replace the sensors. Our Installers will pull the security alarm wire and sensor off the old window and have it ready to install on the new windows. We do not install or reinstall any security alarm sensors.
Touch Up Paint
When removing the old windows and replacing them with new vinyl windows there is a chance for old paint to flake or chip off. It may be recommended to touch up paint around new windows after they are installed.Repair Rotted/Damaged Wood
When replacing old windows in existing homes we run into rotten or damaged wood around the opening. In some cases we can replace this wood for an additional cost but some issues may call for a siding repair company.Contact Perkins Inc.
